If you pay by direct debit, your policy will renew automatically, and as long as none of your details have changed since the year before, there is no need to contact us.
For all other customers, when your policy is coming up to renewal, a member of the Safeguard team will be in touch to discuss your renewal price with you and take you through the renewal process to ensure it is as easy as possible.
If we are unable to contact you via the telephone we will send you a letter showing your renewal price and inviting you to get in touch to discuss your policy with a member of our team.
It's really important we speak to you before your renewal date to ensure your vehicle remains covered but you can get in touch with Safeguard with any questions about your renewal.
