How to Renew
We‘ll write to you before your renewal date with details of your cover and price. We’ll let you know if your policy will automatically renew or if you need to call us.
If you’ve chosen for your policy to renew automatically, and nothing has changed on your renewal, you don't need to contact us. We'll renew your policy automatically so you remain covered. If you pay for your policy annually, you’ll need to ensure your card details are up to date on your account, otherwise your policy won’t automatically renew. If you don’t want to renew, please call us at least seven days before your policy renewal date.
If you’ve chosen for your policy not to automatically renew you’ll need to call us to arrange your cover. If we don’t hear from you, your cover will end on the renewal date and you’ll need to arrange cover elsewhere.
