Static caravan insurance customers could win themselves a holiday to Morecambe if they attend an upcoming caravan showcase at The Platform.
South Lakeland Parks will be showcasing a range of new static caravans for sale at the Morecambe venue on September 11th and 12th, reports the Morecambe Visitor.
Visitors will be offered an opportunity to stay at either the Ocean Edge or Regent caravan parks in Morecambe Bay.
The caravan park marketing manager Caroline Guffogg explained: "We will be showing off a caravan to hopefully encourage visitors to buy their own seaside retreat in Morecambe Bay.
"We are sure one of our four sites in Morecambe Bay will be of interest to holidaymakers and with holiday home ownership starting from only £9,000 it's an affordable option for most budgets."
Morecambe recently became part of a cycle route designed to celebrate the National Cycle network's 15th anniversary.
The new route begins in Morecambe, before taking cyclists through Lancashire and finishing on the east coast at the seaside resort of Bridlington in Yorkshire.
