Caravan insurance customers with a taste for good food may want to consider a trip to Worcestershire when planning their next short break.
The local tourist board has produced a new guide, the Food & Drink Map, which takes visitors on a trail through the local cuisine.
Details of local farmer's markets are included in the guide, as are listings for the best producers and retailers in the area, while events that may be of interest to food-lovers are also noted in the pamphlet.
Visit Worcestershire manager Simon Tipple says that buying locally is of great benefit to the local economy.
"It is also a major part of the visitor experience when on holiday. The consumer knows the precise provenance of the produce they are eating and can rest assured that it's fresh," he added.
Meanwhile, Bristol could provide quite the draw for tourists this summer, as it hosts the Harbour Festival (July 30th to August 1st) and the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta (August 12th to 15th).
